Become A Foster Carer
Fostering gives a dog a safe, stable and loving home while they prepare for their future. Our foster dogs have different needs some simply need a comfortable home and routine, while others may need additional support with behavioural, medical or rehabilitation needs.
Some dogs simply need a loving home, routine and reassurance while they wait for their forever home. Others may have behavioural challenges and need experienced, confident foster carers who are comfortable following structured training and rehabilitation plans.
We also foster dogs with medical needs, ranging from those requiring medication and routine care to dogs with more complex conditions requiring specialist support, such as tube feeding or ongoing rehabilitation. Full guidance and support will be provided, so if you have experience with medical or additional need dogs we’d particularly love to hear from you.
You don’t need to be an experienced foster carer to make a difference. Whether you have experience with training, behavioural or medical needs or simply have a safe, caring home and the time to help dogs in need, we encourage you to apply. We carefully match each dog with a suitable foster home and provide guidance and support throughout their foster journey.

What we provide?
Canine welfare fund cover the essential costs associated with caring for your foster dog, including food, vet treatment, medication and other agreed necessities. We also provide ongoing guidance and support throughout the foster placement. Your role is to provide a safe, caring home and help your foster dog progress towards their future.
